Well, I've seen some small dogs sitting in baskets on their owners laps on internal flights in the US. Pretty common sight in US airports it appears. Pretty much 50% of my flights from Denver has a small dog on board.

Which is hell for those of us with Dog hair allergies!

I didn't believe the story at first; then, saw the pictures. Unbelievable.
