Looks like XL crew have a lot to worry about.

1. Am shocked that an internal memo was posted.

2. I think the problems are coming from trying to make the company more efficient. IE: getting new a/c phasing older ones out.

As someone posted on there all charter carriers across the world are finding it tough- the fact that the two massive UK operators have merged highlights this,
