Where should I go?

Last week I bought a Ryanair ticket to LGW as insurance angainst a possible stoppage in Aer Lingus. This has been averted but I now have in my possession a ticket which I no longer need, but cost me significantly more than your average FR ten quid flights. Given that FR tickets can be changed, where do you suggest I go? The choice from ORK is severely limited but I would not be averse to taking a hop up to DUB or over to STN to connect. I could go towards the end of November or failing that, in April.
All suggestions gratefully accepted.

How about Las Vegas / San Francisco, say around the week of Nov 12-19th?

La Rochelle in France would be nice in April (fly from STN or DUB)? Otherwise, just come to LON and we can have some drinks in your honour!
Thanks,
Sarah

While I appreciate the suggestion of Amsterdam I should have stated that I want to go somewhere where EI doesn't fly to from ORK. I've looked at several options but when I make a dummy booking I'm finding that the fares from STN and DUB are coming in at 1 cent plus taxes. As my ticket was over Û100 it would be cheaper to ditch that instead of flying for the sake of using the d*mn ticket. If only I could find an outbound which would cost about that with an inbound of 1 cent (given that my ticket is only one-way)

HL,
AMS sounds like a great option. Of course I could go to LON any day and enjoy myself.
On second thought, best to take Pete's advice. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas![:p]
