So how do you use your MR account and when do you transfer points?

- Do you wait until there is transfer special?
- Do you transfer monthly (if not automatic)?
- Do you see the points/miles needed for the award, check if you can get the award, then transfer the points/miles needed to the FFP?
- Save the MRs for a 'once in a lifetime' trip?
- Something else?

As and when required otherwise just leave them there in case they ever have anything else worth buying. Yourself?

Pretty much the same. Same them in the MR account then transfer when booking an award.

In the UK IIRC there have been 20% bonuses to transfer to VS. Could be incorrect.

It's been a 10% bonus the last few times I've done a transfer.

Oh ok...I have not seen anything over here..nice little bonus for you guys though.

As and when needed, though if there is a bonus on then I maybe inclined to shift them. I find they are of more use to me if left in MR until needed.
