Air Canada does NOT lose TBS's bags through LHR !

I have just returned from a two day trip to Niagara Falls ( via YYZ) in AC Executive First.
Outbound was A340-300 and return was B747-400 combi ( the 747 is leaving AC at the end of October)
Flights were very good, good food and service on board, seats comfortable ( not flat) but lots of space, good cabin crew , cleared customs/immigration at YYZ T1 in 30mins ( very nice brand new terminal and Maple leaf lounge at YYZ. Arrivals lounge at LHR T3 is good ( nowhere near VS but better than what I was expecting) and best of all... My bags made it off at EDI via LHR T3-T1 ( AC-bmi) on my same flight!!
The SAS/AC London lounge is good also

For a Bank holiday weekend ( Fri out, Sun rtn), Executive First was quite empty ( 30 % full outbound , 40full on the upper deck rtn)
I will write a fuller trip report at the weekend.
