I was looking for a two line summary of why they're good, and what they offer for a given price.

They're VERY cheap for what you get. Fly around the World in Business from place to place staying for self determined amounts of time at each place for generally < £4K as long as you obey the fare rules... what's not to like? [;)]

SOmeone please correct me but in the depths of my brain I heard that VS are getting out of the Great Escapade scheme- is this correct?

Is the Four Corners deal still around or new?

Singapore Airlines, Lufthansa, Air New Zealand, Virgin Atlantic. Similar to Great Escapade, but with better coverage in Europe/Africa and worse coverage in South-East Asia.

Ooh, not heard of that one before, and liking the LH element. Wonder if they do a nice F option including the FRA First terminal [:?]
