Miles from an Alaska flight operated by CO

Because of a booking I didn't make myself, I'm flying an Alaska Airlines flight from EWR to SEA, operated by Continental. I'm presuming that I can't claim Flying Club miles for the flight, but was wondering if anyone with any experience knows if I can deposit the miles into an AAdvantage account? Alaska is a partner, but I can't tell from their website if the flights have to be on Alaska aircraft.

Many thanks.

I vote no.

I would have to say no as well, best bet is to try and get the gate agent to add you AA number to the booking.

Just thought I'd add in case anyone looked for this in the future, I chanced adding my VS number at the Continental check-in kiosk, and the miles (and tier point) posted to my account.
