I think it would be very unlikely that the O2 cylinders were empty all ac are checked and from my experience always have enough cylinders to cope with such a situation and cover themselves in case of a decompression.
Also the description of what happened to the woman seems a bit strange with the passenger having cpr and then collapsing afterwards seems a bit strange.
The comment that the defibrillator didn't work could well be true as she may well have not been in a condition that required the defibrillator to work.
I do have a pet hate with the automatic ones in that sometimes they can misread the heart beat and not provide a 'shock' when it is actually required. None the less when you're six miles above the earth in a metal tube it's a long way to get any help and it seems the lady received as much attention as you could have hoped for.
I have to say that on any emergency I've been on with any airline the crew have always been first rate.
