Eurochange with branches all over Central London seem to have the edge or Thomas Exchange just of Regent Street are also very good.

I've used both in the last three months. Both doing $1.96 to £1 today.

I am sure that it is by no coincidence that it was similarly named Thomas Exchange Global based in the Strand and Victoria Street in Central London was the one I had in mind, back at the tail end of last year.

As this and other threads go to show, it pays to shop around before you buy, as the market constantly shifts [:w]

Washington DC Shop accepts Euros

Accepting currencies other than the USD in the US is unheard of.
