American Airlines Cancels a Shed Load of Flights

Apparently a check on wiring in their MD80 fleet.

So, my flight from Minneapolis to La Guardia today cancelled [:(!]. Which makes the history of my visits to Minneapolis:

December - from Newark to MSP on Continental - ontime, return cancelled delayed by 24hrs to rebooked flight

January - Chicago to MSP on United delayed 6hrs, return to Chicago on United just one hour late

February - Chicago to MSP on United cancelled, rebooked on later flight - MSP to La Guardia on American ontime

March - Chicago to MSP on United amazingly ontime - from MSP to La Guardia on American cancelled and rebooked on Continental later flight now delayed 2 hrs

And we say some other airlines and airports are bad ...

Airports certainly can be stressful places.
