Hi Folks

Need to do a Gatwick to Heathrow transfer, early AM in June this year.

Can anyone recommenda good reliable car/limo service to perform the job?

Cheers

Robert

If you are just going from the airports try national express, it will be cheaper than a limo.

I had a thread going a couple of years ago asking the same question, let me hunt around and find it as I seem to remember there being a few good deals I turned up.

I second the national express in a cash saving issue, quick (about an hour) and very frequent, about £16 one way I recall

I use Tristar - reliable and comfortable Mercs and BMWs.

Depending on the state of the M25, that might not be a bad option. Coach service is good for the most part - but it will happen, on occasion, that you will be taken on a tour of London satellite towns when there happens to be a dreaded M25 roadwork-n-accident killer combo. I swear, I've seen more of that part of the world than I ever cared for because of this. [;)]

Then again, limo will be of little help in this situation ....

Guys

Thanks for the rapid replies :)

Our flight gets into gatwick around 0040 and our flight to singapore
the same day from heathrow is at 1155.

The first coach I think is around 2am and then we will have to get to our hotel ASAP to try and get some kip before the long flight, we considered getting a later singapore flight, but since the A380 is scheduled to operate the 1155 we are going on it.

For this timing and sleeping reasons, I didn't think the coach was a great idea.

I'll have a look at Tristar.

Cheers

Robert

Actually the coach would probably work well, by the time you get off the plane etc your looking at a good hour plus, however you then have to get from the Heathrow central bus ter. to your hotel.

Just for interest, I should/might have added that you may not have been aware that tristar are the company VS uses for their CDC.
