Just looked at my Flying club statement and have been credit over 5,000 extra miles.
Had a look at my Amex statement and for some strange reason MBNA have added last months and this months miles together and credit them to my flying Club Account despite having already credited me for February[?]

Is it just me or have they done it to everyone?

I noticed that too when looking at my FC account this morning. I am quite sure they will rectify the error and you will lose the extra miles. It is quite a few times they have done this now[ii]

I was keeping a low profile but it seems like a many of us have been graced with extra miles! Oh well they are sure to rectify that little blunder soon.[B)]

They seem to be on to this now. All my miles credited in April have now disapeared[:(]

My 'bonus' miles were there is morning, but have gone now. I am surprised it has taken this long - mitchja's assessment seems spot on. [}:)]

hope they credit the correct miles as this month was a 'bumper bundle' and she would hate loosing out[:(!]

I just noticed today that 10,557 miles have vanished without trace from my F/F account.
Has this happened to anyone else or is it just me? The miles were all there yesterday.
Should I ring F/F club or M.B.N.A?

As Jerseyboy's vanishing miles seem to be the same problem we are all having, I have merged the two threads and renamed the original.

Yep my 6400 miles from my march statement have gone. I give a few days then chase it.

I would contact MBNA first, as it's unlikely the Database team at FF work at the weekend.

Couldn't resist. Checked with Flying club. They didn't have a clue, at least the call centre didn't. I would expect that if it is a recent problem.

She will raise it, internal.

I think i will hang on a few days and see what happens. They must have recalled all the miles for march as others are reporting the same.

Mine (from March) were there last night but have disappeared today. I hadn't been credited with any 'bonus' miles so am a trite peeved that they've taken these miles out.

I had no bonus miles either in my account but it looks like they have recalled all miles and hopefully we will see them again soon in our F/F accounts.

Not only have they removed my 24k plus miles I never earned they've removed the 8k I did!

I'm trusting they'll return at some point....[:(!]

Same here - my last CC bill gave me about 7k miles, I never got any more than than but now they've gone!
