Has anybody used this company at all? A friend recently used them for the same trip as my family to Barbados flying WC with BA and staying at the Sandy Lane and I could not believe the savings they made compared to what we had to pay for the exact same product.
So I decided to call them to chance pricing the same trip yesterday and also try out all the usual agents etc - Once again their prices were so much cheaper. Well done Dial a Flight - Try them out guys they are really competitive but is there a catch I am missing?

I was looking at their site a few months ago and i couldnt beleive the prices including the taxes.
I have no idea how they work the prices but they are correct, fantastic prices.

Dial A Flight are doing very very well in the industry. At lots of the airline awards parties they win something and they seem to be doing more and more business.
They have back office and scripts so well set up that a trained monkey can sell so they keep their front office costs down and so don't have as big overheads.
If you know what you want then they are great, if you want expert local knowledge then I have found them to be sometimes lacking.

I had a quick gander at the prices and the web reviews and the consensus seemed to be excellent service but beware that the price shown on the website is a 'from' price and as it isn't a site with an active booking engine behind it the prices may be different on the phone. Still, always worth the ask...

I agree that the staff may not have the knowlage but lets be honest 90% of us have already done our homework on where we want to stay on vacation - I wonder how good they would be to try out for some long haul business flights with hotels etc - there could be some great savinings and if they are so cheap opertunities to maybe fly F instead of J if they can get the right deals.

I did that once with Air Canada. I think it was the soup that did it. [:I]

Been using them for years without any problems.Best deals are when you speak to them, not direct off the website.
