V-Flyer

Over the past 6-8 weeks I have made quite a few flights to Russia and back with various different carriers, LH,OS,SU;JU;

Now before everyone goes Russian bashing most of these flights contained tourists off on their jollies to the scenic tours that are enjoyed in that part of the world at this time, white nights in all.

However I was surprised at the number of little things that really start to hack me of so I have made a short list to start with. It would be interesting to see how other react to things on board.

1 PAX who continue to use telephone when asked to switch off.

2 PAX who switch phone on before/during/after landing and before reaching the terminal.

3 PAX who think row 5 is at the back of plane and when they get there realise its not and push themselves back down the aisle whilst everyone is boarding.

4 PAX who think that when they have an ALLOCATED seat presume they can sit anywhere and then get arsey when you politley say 'I think you are seating in my seat'

5 PAX who recline seats before take off but only after the CC have done the check of the cabin. Don't even start me about during meal service[:(!]

6 PAX who blatentley disobey the seat belt instruction and go to the toilet when holding for take off (this happened on my last flight)

7 PAX who stand up to get their coat/bag from the OH bin whilst a/c is still moving.

8 Cabin crew who do naff all about the above offending PAX.

9 Cabin crew who presume that when you decline a meal think that you do not wish a drinks service either.

And before the delightful VS crews start flaming me none of the CC references are at them [oo]

This is what happens when a whole countries population are allowed to fly, something that most of us take for granted...

Though saying that I used to witness a lot of what you posted on flights into St Louis.....
