Best J seat on GF A330-200

I have done a search on here, on the internet (seatguru - not listed) and even called GF but to no avail.
I am flying to Thailand for my honeymoon in September and on the LHR-BAH-LHR legs I wanted to see if anyone knows what the best seat to get, I am currently in 8A/8C but am worried that these seats suffer from restricted views as they may not have full windows and maybe cramped due to the bulkhead.
If anyone knows if row 8 or 9 is the best row I would appreciate it very much.
Any help will be much appreciated.
