Just I guess but I wonder if it is because the a/c is only on contract to KLM. So if KLM pull out Privatair then have a 737 with KLM's inflight product wired up etc. How easy is it to change the operating system of the IFE?
I think the Privatair service looks great, sure not a flat bed but seem very popular amongst LX, LH and KL passengers that use it.
Posted: 08 Jun 2008, 22:58If each airline uses the same IFE, it's not a major issue. Will be able to see when the A343 arrives from EY as it should already be fitted with the MAS2000 system.
