Between this and the cock up yesterday in LHR T3, Batman on the M25. Not the weekend to be travelling.

Airlines including Virgin Atlantic, Monarch, Thomson Fly and First Choice would be affected if the action later this month went ahead.

I thought VS were handled by Groundstar? Is that now Swissport?

So what do you do if you have a flight with VS on one of the dates, at one of the affected airports? How do you stand, should you contact the airline now????

Swissport UK acquired Groundstar in 2004-ish, I think.

According to BBC the proposed baggage strikes have been 'suspended'.
