Expedia are previewing their sale at the moment too. If you are booking something, it's worth making sure you can cancel it in case something better comes up.

I'm pretty sure the Hilton offers are non refundable as will the BA sale prices...

Well yes, but when you find a decent offer, you generally have to stick with it, but if there's nothing around now, I'd reserve a room you'd be happy with, then keep looking.
