Heathrow 'Worst for Queuing'

Not really, I do have to say, IMHO JFK is far worse than LHR on every level, but excluding the CH LAX is far better than LHR on every level.

Personally I have not had any major problems with queues and those I have been in have been caused by other pax not being ready with documents (yes you the middle class couple constantly moaning about the check-in queue but who then held the process up by not having your docs ready when you got to the desk) or taking coats off at security despite the large posters etc

Somehow its always been those pax who attach their FF cards to their bags that seam to cause most of the hold ups ...

Worst queue I have been in was when there was a problem with fast track into passport control and security so I just went through the normal channel where there was no queue.

BAA staff were directing pax there too (I think there was a fight or something causing the delay) but the number of people who insisted on going through fast track was revealing. Were they expecting something special?

I'll see your JFK and raise you an IAD for queues. The airport is an embarrassment...
