They say they can do it under the T&C, but I agree there will be people who aren't happy. [}:)]

Not too difficult to keep the accounts alive though. Assuming, of course, that you actually receive the letter. [:w]

personally, I can't see the problem. It's probably a way of consolidating their databases, and reducing their exposure to the ever changing markets. would be a great way of trimming some fat before you were about to be bought as companies sometimes do
