Barbados departure tax

Posted: 17 Feb 2009, 14:25It still exists (BDS 55). As mentioned above it's been 'integrated' into the ticket price - best place for it. They also raised it just before the cricket world cup to from BDS25, which went down really well in the local press [:)]

It was, you couldn't move for boarded up shops, piles of plasterboard and general building paraphernalia. It is much better now though, even if they charge almost double for a Banks than anywhere else on the island [V]
