They probably regard being on the 'grey list' as some sort of achievement!

Well, since being on the gray list seems to mean 'you're still bad, but promised to be good', I'm not entirely clear why being gray wouldn't actually be worse! [;)]

the report says Emirates got 'black' for not co-operating with the EU investigation rather than because they were being misleading etc.

I bet some poor clerk is getting a roasting for not filling in a form !

Thanks for that info. It is very bad for a major airline like Emirates to receive any bad press, especially some that indicates they mislead their pax. If it was a company decision to co-operate then I find it very strange, especially in these tough times.

perhaps they had experienced one of Emirates non-flat beds in business after being mislead by the site!
