UA and Hilton HHonors (sic)

Last time I flew UA was in March Last year (when I got my op-up to Business Class)
Today I received a Hilton HHonors Silver VIP Card valid for two years with a $50 credit for Conrad and waldorf Astoria Collection Hotels.
Not sure what it actually means for me as I hardly ever stay at Hilton but has anyone else been sent this?
