Missing miles - VS AmEx

Anyone else not had their miles from their VS Amex card recently?
My billing date is the 8th and so far this month no miles yet [:?]
I've checked back and since MBNA started sending miles on your billing date, the latest they have been was the 13th for May, but all others have either on the 8th or 9th of the month.

Just noticed that myself too. Think I'll give it a couple more days though as its possible mine are caught up in a kerfuffle over my account and having to have a new card.
If they are 'lost' I'll be pretty annoyed as 4,000 miles are involved!

Same here - mine have been arriving on the 14th of the month like clockwork

My billing date was the 13th this month and miles hit my account on the 14th, been the same ever since they changed how quickly the miles are credited.

Slightly differnet here, this month i have a partial credit - sure hope the rest turn up soon.

hmmm am still awaiting my miles so have just sent the lovely people at MBNA a message gently enquiring as to their location....

Just phoned MBNA and once I got past their ridiculous voice prompt menu system (it doesn't recognise 'missing miles' when it asks you why you are calling!), the operator just told me to phone Flying Club as the miles have left MBNA and should be in your account within 5 days.
Just on the phone now to Flying Club, who after speaking the MBNA help desk, put me back though to MBNA as they have to speak to me directly, who have now emailed their marketing department and will get back to me on Tuesday!!!

My statement date was yesterday the 16th and the miles appeared in my FC account today.

Well this is getting no where and nobody is bothering to get back to me.
Email now sent to both MBNA and VS customer relations. Awaiting boiler plate responses from both [:(!]
What is clear from several phone calls over the last few days, both parties are intent on blaming each other. All well and good, except where does that leave your customers? Stuck in the middle.

Mbna have admitted that somehow my miles have been calculated incorrectly and therefore they will turn up on next months statement.

Have had a message from MBNA saying they are looking into my miles but it could take 5 days !

Had a phone call today from MBNA apologising for the delay in posting my miles. No explanation offered as to why it too so long.
So there is a semblance of customer service at MBNA afterall!

Yes I did as well, although I really really wish MBNA staff wouldn't say they are calling from Virgin Atlantic. The only reason I knew it was actually MBNA was because the call came from a blocked number.
It annoys me when MBNA call claiming to be Virgin Atlantic (which they always do)

Calls to MBNA who shifted the blame to Virgin who in turn asked me to put it all in an E-Mail [:#]
In fairness I had an E-Mail back in under 24 hours from Customer Services admitting it was an I.T. problem [:(!]
Miles have just gone on today nearly a month late [}:)]

Mine have been posted today, along with the shopping miles bonus, and 2 flying club member recommendations. Must have been clogged up in the system somewhere.
