Well Mr O'Leary has announced that he is pulling out of MAN, so if this latest London Airport can offer him the 3 pax handling fee that he wants, who knows what may happen!

Bet the Clubhouse type facilities at this airport will be somewhat lacking!

I bet a lot of the time he is just testing their bluff but good for MAN for standing up to him and saying 'NO'

O'leary might not want any facilities - maybe he thinks he couuld make do with a tent - but his pax want / need clean toilets, chairs to sit on and heat and light etc etc and these do need paying for.

Chairs? There is a perfectly good floor. Plus all those bums will keep it polished

Hmm, how about if Manchester Airport agreed to rename itself as London Ringway?!

Perhaps then Mr O'Leary would agree to the 3 pounds per passenger fee.

Regarding Oxford airport changing it's name, it really is pretty ridiculous, Oxford is almost as close to Birmingham than it is to London!

Its ridiculous to call it london oxford, i was going to comment that i felt sorry for the pax who get dropped off there, but then they shouldnt be flying with lcc as that is exactly what you expect.
