Your best bet is Marylebone High Street - a five minute walk away. Loads of little places to eat.

I would second that- can always find somewhere interesting along Marylebone High Street.
Of course do not just limit yourself to the area around your hotel, everything in London is not that far. I often find that peoples perception of distances in London is completely lost because they travel underground a lot and think that because you change tube lines it means its a long trek above ground. A friend of mine was adamant that Oxford Circus to Covent Garden would take 50 mins to walk, when we completed in a rather brisk 15 mins he was amazed!

Not eaten at any of these, but if you're after Chinese, then these both do quite well through word of mouth:

Get on a tube and get down to Covent Garden and the wonderful Wahaca, it is well worth the journey.[y]

Funnily enough, that was the plan, but looking at options nearby.
Bobbed in to Wahaca briefly last visit for quick lunch bite, and yes would go back.
