Have just booked a room at Wynn in December on Opodo for just over 100 per night. Expedia wanted almost 2000 for the same 5 nights.

if you wait till 3 months or so before your travel dates, thats when all the hotel offers and discounts come out.

I got Wynn/Encore last December for $109 a night

Also, booking directly with the hotel, you only pay for your first night up front, and the rest when you check-out.

You can usually cancel, with no penalty up to 2 days before...which is good especially if you find a better deal
