V-Flyer

I'm flying with US airways in August, from NYC to XNA. (Via CLT)

Work have booked the flight for me, but I can access the Manage my bookings.

Both the Virgin website and US Airways website state that they are partners with each other and miles can be earned.

However, once in the 'manage my bookings' if I select the 'add a frequent flyer number', Virgin Atlantic is not one of the listed airlines.

Anyone know why, and do you think I'll be able to add it at check in?

It seems you have to be persistent - Make sure you present your FC card when you check in and keep your boarding passes in case of problems.
