The laws gone mad?

There is obviously more to this than the article states as one of the comment poster says she did get her bags ... jst the next day.

The CNN report which states she gor her bags the next day and didn't even fly AA for part of her journey.

Nope the law has not gone made, you pay for a service you should get it, if you don't the fee should be refunded.

AA will settle this before it goes to court, there is no way they want this in front of a jury.
