Interesting to see that since I last put my API in for my flight, that it has been wiped as there is a new box for informing you have an ESTA already....

With regards to API, was told by UC check in team at T3 (when I last flew in July 09 - the shame!!) not to select Fly Drive Passenger as a chosen option, but instead Staying In The US.... anyone heard similar/come across any problems at immigration when you have selected fly drive?

Hope this makes sense!

Have always selected "Staying in the US" whenever I've been to the USA and have never had any problems even when I was doing a fly-drive holiday.

I always put fly-drive and have never encountered a problem. I think putting "staying in the US" is going to attract more questions.

Whether your are 'fly drive' or 'staying in the US' they will still want to know the address of your first nights accommodation

Last time I entered the US I was told I was wrong to put in the first nights accommodation (airport hotel) - I was made to change it to the address I was going to be staying at!

You can't win!
At least we were allowed to make the changes at the desk.
But it ended up as a very scruffy form ):

Last time to Orlando ( April 2010) I was told by VA to put the airport hotel and there were no problems. The time before I put the address of the holiday villa and this led to some questions by the immigration officer. On a previous trip the villa address wasn't remarked upon. I think it has to do with the individual immigration officer !
