:0 No!! I use CSA around 8 or 9 times a year, flying from LHR to OSR (ostrava in the czech republic) or ILZ (Zilina in the slovak republic)
In some respects I am not suprised to hear the news, loading over the past couple of years has been down, even to the point that they have changed at times the PRG to LHR aircraft to their smallest, a 737 500 on the evening flight.
It has only been the last 6 months or so that they have changed and put the more modern A319 / 320 on the LHR PRG route and the move from T2 to T4 was a very welcome change.
Fares have been slowly going up too, I used to pay around £400 for a return in Business class, now the fare is around £750.
Although the service on board remains high, certain changes like cutting the economy luggage from 23 to 20kg and instead of the cooked breakfast on the 0735 LHR PRG flight, you now get presented with a muffin. I am sure these have not helped matters, but will be very sad to lose this service!

Oooh, interesting! Although I use BA, My work uses Czech Airlines as their preferred airline to Prague. My colleagues always rated as them as good.
