BAA terminate the contract with "Best of the best", the company that organise competitions to win cars in airport terminals.
The reason?
BAA wants to use the space for extra seating and signage.
LinkIt just doesn't seem right, does it? ?|

Probably BAA wanted to renegotiate the contract and BotB refused to pay the new rate.
Does anyone actually win those cars?

Has anyone ever seen anyone buy a ticket to win one of those cars?

I know a guy who works for EK that won a Porsche at DXB, they also publish lists of winners on their website. I've never entered or heard of a UK airport winner though. I'd rather use the money for a down payment on a car, much better odds if getting it ...

I am not sure this is going to alter my life or the many others who walk past the stands.
I did once get caught up in the "I could actually win this" routine, promptly had 4 crisp £20 notes removed from my wallet by a salesman who tried his hardest to get me to buy just another 10 tickets for only £175 more.
Needless to say I didnt win, however, what I did recieve was 100's and 100's of emails, daily, weekly and monthly - they never ended, it took ages to get them to stop!
Anyway - BAA are right, the space will be handy - Goodbye Best of the best y)
