BAA uselessness delays QR move from T3 to T4
Posted: 16 Nov 2010, 11:17QR have been informed (a week before it was supposed to happen) that they baggage handling systems are not ready so are having to delay their move with Heathrow.
This just looks so bad for the UK, we seem to be worse than 3rd world nations at bringing anything to a conclusion on time.
