CDG and Air France

Hi everyone, I am in the process of booking a flight to Amman, Jordan for next week on AF via CDG. I have a few options on my connection time, and I was wondering what it is like to connect there. The shortest connection time is 1hr 15min (with the next shortest being 2:50) but that seems a little tight to me. Also of note, is I am a US citizen, but reside in the UK and will be travelling with a UK citizen, so the big question is do we have to clear immigration before continuing on to our connecting flight?

Also any suggestions on where to eat at the airport would be much appreciated!

Thanks!!

I'd always go for the 2h 50m connection if I were you. That's usually plenty of time.

Yes you have to clear passport control; my Ex wasnt a UK citizen and it made no difference that we travelled together - always seperate lanes

I'd go for the 2 HR 50 min connection to be on the safe side!

Somewhere before you get there would be my advice.
