Customer Service and Aviation

Ok ladies and gentlemen, ground crew and pilots... the time has come for me to complete my dissertation and as part of this project I am conducting some research into the connection between customer service and aviation.

The questionnaire below will take no longer than 5 minutes of your time to complete, and would be greatly appreciated by myself as it provides me with an invaluable source of information! All results are confidential and no identifiable information is collected.

To all who decide to complete it, thank you! oo)

Would have liked to have seen a column for not disclosing income on question 4. I tried leaving that question out but the questionaire format wouldn't let me.

Thanks to all that have completed the survey so far; you are all life savers! :P As for the income section, many apologies on not having an option for preferring not to disclose however I can personally assure you that all I have is the time that you completed the questionnaire and therefore I am completely unable to identify you. But once again sorry if this has caused any offence, none was intended.

And to be completely honest, the questions within the questionnaire apply to all classes really so no matter what class you've travelled feel free to fill it in! The more responses the better! :)

Once again thanks to all involved!

Am just not comfortable with the income question. I suppose I could complete a 'wrong' box but that would invalidate your questionairre and the analysis you do of it.

I suggest you add a 'refuse' option or make it a voluntary question (as you offer with the 'sex' question) asap.
