This is very interesting - a viable alternative to the Clubhouse for those of us not flying UC!

No1 Heathrow

Interesting that it will also include bedrooms...!

Yes the bedrooms look great especially if you have a long layover.

£ 25 for normal entry and £ 30 if you have a glass of champers.

Extra £ 5 per hour for stays in excess of 3 hours (looks like thry make you buy extra hours if your flight is delayed too)

Any idea where in T3 it is?

There are 11 single bedrooms (£20 per hour, minimum two-hour stay) and three rooms for double occupancy (£30 per hour, and also a minimum two-hour stay).

"No.1 HEATHROW in Terminal 3 is situated airside at Terminal 3. Once through security, follow the walkway to the left of World Duty Free, and then follow signs for airport lounges and Gates 13-22. No.1 Heathrow is located one floor up, and is accessible via the lifts and stairs.

Open 4.30am - 10.30pm. Every day of the year"

Sorry couldn't link to the web page !

Looks excellent...A great gap filled for non UC/Gold on VS

So remind me why push for Gold now?
o.k. few extra choices in drinks, and bubbles and chairs hanging on a hook..
The "free" treatments now are limited, No free haircut anymore.
No special treatment for potential UG's if on a non-flexi ticket?

This must be bad news all-in-all for VS's loyalty scheme..
But great news for many Pax..even those with kids in tow..(and sensible suggested specific seating area y) )

Indeed y)

Looks a good alternative, although don't think it will quite be CH standard.

Even if I had clubhouse access, I'd probably pop in and try their Eggs Benedict. I seem to recall it looked a lot better than Virgins attempt.

No 1 Lounges have Baileys. LHR CH does not.

When I recall what the LHR CH was when it opened versus now; I prefer the No 1 lounge.
