While I am hold to VH thought I would ask your advice on this offer that was sent from Gatwick Parking valid up till 21st June, the under cover short term parking over £300 OFF. The site looks genuine and the web address is coming up approved by my security. There are other offers but nothing as good as this one, so no bus to wait for straight into the terminal, for the price of long term.

If it's genuine it seems like a good deal.
For piece of mind I would call to double check, using the official Gatwick website.
Also - what are other parking companies offering? Just because it's £300 off doesn't mean it will be the cheapest option!

I agree with Luke I would still have a good look round as there are some really good deals out there.
I know that the Gatwick Hilton do a deal that includes a 1 night stay (B&B) and 15 days parking and I think it's approx £175 so we tend to go for that as it saves al the faffing about at the airport on the day of your flight.

Rang the Parking Company who said it was a special offer, but especially on the covered parking. We usually go with Holiday Extras but their parking is miles away and the bus on return is the furthest away with all the building work going on.
So have bit the bullet and booked 15days for £125 and a night at the Hilton with evening meal included for £110. i know its a bit more than doing it altogether but as hubby can't walk that far with the suitcases it suits us. thanks to you both for your input.lin

Possibly a bit late to help here, but for future reference, the hilton also does deals on the 'official' valet parking service - think we paid about £210 for a family room and 9 days parking - it's a low hassle approach because you drop the car off in the short stay car park very close to the hotel and they fetch it again when you come back.

Thanks ratechaser OH would not have anyone touch his beloved vehicle so we always have to self park. Some meet and greet are also lower in price than parking up, but can't take advantage of them. Such is life

I think he's a wise man, I wouldn't let anyone near my car either.
