Well after a nice argument with the checkin dragons managed to get access to the No1 lounge.....

and now thewy have just pulled a hoover out and all you can hear is them using it! Grrrr......

Mike is missing the CH at LHR!....
And I think G is too....

What was the argument over ? If you have access then there shouldnt be any argument so shame on them.

Sorry but who are Gerry and Mike (educated guess being your partner/wife/husband and son perhaps ? ) ?

I hope your experience imprpves and to use a hoover mid morning is just not acceptable when guests who have paid for a relaxing experience can do just that (wags my finger at Lounge No1)

Great that you made it in - no so good news about the hoover!! Unless there has been a spillage or some sort, this is unacceptable.
