Is it possible to use your FC miles to exchange for hotel night stays.If so can anyone point me in the direction of how I do it?

Look on the "Spend Miles" section of the VS Website.
Click on Hotel Partners and it lists all hotels in the scheme.
Not all hotels will redeem miles for stays but all paid stays will earn you miles if you show your FC card on arrival or reservation
Gitcombe House will let you redeem miles for a mnimum of 2 night stay.
Hoilday Inn will exchange FC Miles for Priority Club points which you can exchange for hotel stays.
Hilton does the same with Hilton Honors points.

Be careful to check availablity on a points booking before you commit though. |:)

The only real way is to convert your FC miles in to another program like HH, but the conversion rate isn't the best.
