LOL! Just like people born on Feb 29 except they miss it by only one day instead of every three years. My husband's nephew will be 10 next year!! LOL!
The real anomaly was Millennium Island that positioned itself waaaaaaay east of the Date Line so that it could gain notoriety by being the first country to welcome the Millennium!!
