Purple Parking Customer Service

As you may have read in my TR from the VS46, we had to wait an hour from calling Purple Parking to them delivering my car to T3 on Sunday morning.
I dispatched an email stating my unhappiness with this on Sunday night. This afternoon I received a voicemail offering me a refund of £20 for the Meet & Greet element of the service, £18 for the Valet they did, and a free valet on my next booking at Heathrow. A pretty good result I'd say.
Whilst I appreciate this is not a truly direct comparison, that same evening I sent an email to VS customer services, and got an automated response saying they might get back to me in 4 weeks... n(
