And now so does The Guardian. With added comment from VS.

How come there are seat back TVs in the first picture but not in the Guardian's picture?

I've just checked with my son Aer John who sent me the photos posted above. He told me that throughout the plane there were different configurations. Between doors 1 and 2 were what could be classed as business seats with different seat pitches; between doors 2 and 3 were the seats with PTVs (none of which were operational) as seen in his photo; between 3 and 4 there was a large space (which the sales team called the Dancefloor) where they could set up a table and have their marketing displays and behind that at the back of the plane was the area where the sales team travelled. These had a larger than normal seat pitch (larger than PE) which you can see if you look at the picture in the Guardian but no PTVs. That photo was taken from the back of the plane looking forward.

Thank you and I already did as I said it was for you when we talked.

Yes, I am extremely proud of him. He works for the finance department in Aer Lingus in their graduate employment program. He beat off strong competition to get the post and I think it was his love of Virgin Atlantic which inspired his love of aviation that helped him. He was able to talk their language in interviews :D

Even more impressive in the current climate. And brilliant to be able to do something he's passionate about. Fab! :)
