Not the most popular airline at the moment. Last week, the US media were regularly reporting on the case of a sick customer refused a refund. No doubt they were sticking to their policy, but more negative press.

Cranky flier is such an airline apologist that I gave up reading it years ago. I am sure there are people who have late changes of plan, and to call them crooks is a bit rich.
