Hilton promotional codes...

I found a few from threads before and the one PR13CB is supposed to be no id, something off and not time limited...

However, any attempts to book with this one comes back immediately with unknown error, which doesn't sound right. Anyone else used it recently? Could it be a browser thing (Firefox and chrome on linux have been used).

Has anyone used any of these at all? Recently? Fair enough if you don't, I'm about book and wanted to know if its worth trying and waiting for their tech problems to be reset... Otherwise I'll just go ahead and book as normal...

Your best option is to go to flyertalk.com and look at the HHonors forum for the latest offer codes ...

I used the PR13CB in March and it saved about £50 on the best available I could get.

Thats the latest promo code. I was just trying to find out if people used it. They seem to. I think it could be a cookies/browser problem...

Just to repeat what I posted on flyertalk...

Well, just booted to windows 7, tried IE9, and the hilton website is appalling. The main page has errors, doesn't allow clicking on some boxes for about 10 seconds, and loses bits of the screen forcing you to reload. It works a lot better on Firefox or Chromium, except *ahem* the promotional codes.

Which do work now on IE. Kinda. They made no difference in price and thats all I really wanted to know in the end.

Most unimpressed with the hilton website though...

Unusual. I've been using it regularly for the past 5 years and not experienced any challenges with its use. That said they are doing some redesign at the moment; I somehow got into a new version of my HHonors page the other day which I haven't been able to find again.

Agree, while not the most exciting in the world, it works just fine for me. Contrast that with Starwood hotels and SPG though, what a slow mess!
