V-Flyer

Presuming FlyBE don't check my baggage onto a Virgin Little Red flight, will I have to go all the way out of EDI arrivals are use bag drop at EDI departure then go through security again?

I seem to recall that some of the gates had luggage facilities...

Your bags will come off your flybe flight downstairs landslide, so you will have to come off plane, head through departures lounge and down stairs to collect your bags, then head back to the checkin desks , virgins was right in front of the main entrance doors. etc etc
