Here's one reply to Air Canada, after they explained that 'other airlines do it'

That's a garbage excuse for an airline that shouldn't be using other garbage airlines for comparison... There is a really good reason why airlines want to compare themselves to current legionary airlines such as Korean, Singapore, Cathay, Malaysian or non-777 Emirates.

I've given up reading the VS FB page. It wasn't doing my Blood pressure Abu good!

But the 'other airlines do it' reason in the one most often used by VS as well !
