Evening All!

So, off to Cyprus on Friday on a partner reward with Cyprus Airways. Dreadful 10pm departure arriving 4.30 the following morning... Not good. So my question is this; not being familiar with LHR Terminal 1, is there anywhere worth getting a bite to eat when we're killing time in departures?

T1 seems to close down pretty early. IIRC there's a Wetherspoons and a Cafe Rouge upstairs overlooking the check-in areas

Airside there's a Giraffe, an Est (Italian) and a couple of pub grub places - a Wetherspoons and the Bridge.

You might already have looked at this: http://www.heathrowairport.com/shop,-ea ... throw%20T1 which gives a list of them in terminal 1. I have eaten in Giraffe and would not recommend it for anything other than an emergency. I have eaten in Wetherspoons but that was their large breakfast in the morning and that was good.
