Those Paris prices are really good value - hard to believe they are for 2 passengers!

Ends on 14th of November, and I was interested in what they have... Has to be flown before March 31st.
Genuinely good 2 for 1, with some cities missings, but chose LHR to Melbourne for 4.6K total, so coming in 2.3K each for Business which I've not seen for a while. Seem to always route via Doha.
Singapore for about 2.6K though, so 1.3K each.
I don't know much about their business class, I'm pretty certain its not dry like Kuwait airlines is (or was, I don't know). I doubt you get the CDC like the 2.4K return on Emirates to Oz sometime last year...

It's been a good few years since I flew in J on Qatar when I flew them to MLE via DOH.
TBH, it was nothing special back then. They didn't have fully lie flat seats on the LHR>DOH sectors. The seats where akin to the old VS J2000 seats which angled down towards the cabin floor in bed mode.
No idea if things have changed since then though?
The one thing that did stand out though was the clever way they boarded their aircraft (again...I've no idea if they still do this?)
The boarded all of economy first, leaving J and F pax in the lounge, so that when J & F pax do reach the gate, there's no waiting or queuing.
I remember reading somewhere that QR now has it's own premium terminal for J and F pax at DOH as well.

Imagine they have. Sounds like you may have been on a 343 or 330 back in the day. Things have changed a lot since. LHR now served by 77W and 787 mix with latest offerings.

Yes they still do according to TRs on FT.

Correct.

I missed this page when I reposted this, seems as if the Baggage Hall has been busy the last few days, its often static for weeks.
I don't understand the reference of it being better from Paris. I checked, say Singapore, mid march 2 weeks, and it was chucking out £2.6K for LHR and 3.2K euros from CDG which meant the bargain was the uk price...
Unless I missed something...
Having clicked through the flight choices to the flight choices it jumped another 1.2K euros, so even worse from Paris.

Originally the better (read cheaper) offers were ex CDG. When I looked at the start of the offer the price for MLE was a lot cheaper ex CDG than LHR. No doubt partly to do with the lower taxes. From what you have said it seems that all the cheap fairs ex CDG have now sadly gone.
