V-Flyer

Afternoon. I, along with half the country I suspect, am currently searching for holidays and came across the Secrets resorts last night. They look very good and the reviews aren't bad either. I wondered if anyone on here has experience of staying at any of the resorts and if so, would mind sharing a little about them?

I havent been myself but have booked Secrets Wild Orchid in Montego Bay for June. I was in the travel business myself and spoke to a few people that had stayed and reports were all good

We have stayed at Secrets the Vine and Secrets Silversands Cancun. Both were very good but we preferred The Vine because it was brand new at the time (Dec 2012) and were out to impress all of the travel agents staying at the same time as us. Secrets seem excellent for nice large rooms/suites, food and drinks, service and are great value for money when compared to Sandals etc. They do not do much with regard to water sports.
We would return to the Vine but would probably choose Maroma Beach rather than Silversands (similar but on a better beach)

Thanks both, appreciate your thoughts. We normally stay at Sandals, but stumbled across these and thought they looked a good alternative, but cheaper. Still thinking on it!
