V-Flyer

Went to see Robbie Williams concert after Singapore GP F1 Qualifying- great atmosphere and great cheer from crowd when Hamilton got Pole position for today's race.
After 30 minutes into the concert it was like Glastonbury at its worst so we left our great view (10 back from stage) and waded back to our hotel through mud and newly formed rivers. As you can see from link below Robbie Williams soldiered on for another hour to an appreciative, if not crazy crowd.

I have the qualifying recorded.
I didn't turn the TV on this morning in case the news gave the qualifying result.
I read a V Flyers post which I thought would be a safe place.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh.

Yes Mojojo we will be at the race today. We are also on the 30th floor of the Conrad hotel with views over several parts of the race track from our room. The whole McLaren team are also staying here. Jennifer Lopez and Ziggy Marley ( son of Bob Marley ) are performing in concert to night after the race. No rain is forecast!!!

Very jealous!!! Shame about no rain today as that normally makes for a slightly more interesting race.

im not a massive fan of F1 BUT the singapore grand prix is one thing i want to see!!! defo!

Thanks Mojojo. We had a fabulous time. The atmosphere was electric with a party feeling amongst the crowds. So nice to see Lewis back at the top. JLo put on a fantastic show. The Red Bull's team pool party in the Pan Pacific hotel next door ( Which we over look ) rocked until the early hours of the morning.

Gfonk you will not regret going to see Singapore F1 and the city is fantastic.

Singapore grandprix is on my to do list! one day!! I saw a bit on the tv yesterday and it looks so cool! especially being a night race.
